The bathrooms need significant improvement for privacy.

The language barrier was frustrating. I was dissatisfied with the parking situation. It felt misleading to advertise free parking when it was unavailable. The noise from neighboring rooms was unbearable, compromising our comfort.

Everything was second to none, totally recommend!!

This hotel had a central position in bars + restaurants.

Good restaurant, big size room with bedding everyday, bedroom and brand new fridge. Breakfast with both toasters and juice, for instance. Central location, incredible base for discovering Sunny Beach.

The beach view was fine from our balcony.

The staff are really helpful and responsible and deserve a 3-star rating. The room is reasonably large and newly decorated and with a cute balcony and a dressing table. The service is excellent with free parking available and outstanding meals.

The pool area is cramped with limited loungers!!! Noise disturbances from nearby nightlife make it difficult to relax!!! Inconsistent room cleanliness and unregulated odors from the drains in the bathroom could use attention!!!

The location is ideal, just steps from the beach, and the sea views from the balcony are amazing. The staff stand out. They are friendly, commendable. Accessibility issues are significant. There's a lack of proper ramps and the room and bathroom layout are not wheelchair-friendly. The dining experience included warm dishes that were quite satisfying, yet the overall room dimensions left much to be desired.

Perfect beachy getaway!

The beach view from our room was such a treat! Really loved the relaxed vibe of the place. Staff were super chill & helped us with everything. Enjoyed the snack bar too. Their late-night pizzas hit the spot! Just a small thing, the room could've used more storage. The location is ace, right by the beach.

Howay, we had a canny week, loved the beautiful gardens for a drink! The staff were proper friendly and helpful, and the room came with a fab side sea view. Just wish the wet room was done better. the floor got slippery after a shower. A canny time overall!

Recommend it for families

The food was decent, especially at dinner. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the karaoke bar, where the lady running it really got them involved. One night, we even joined in as a family and sang our favorite songs, created some great memories together.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still an acceptable price for what we got.

The beachfront location is perfect for quick sandy strolls! I loved my mornings sipping coffee on the spacious balcony, soaking up the sea views. The karaoke nights were a blast, bringing everyone together for some fun under the stars!

I stayed for 6 nights in a junior suite with balcony, and it really exceeded my expectations. The buffet had a great variety, and every meal was like an adventure for my palate. Loved the spaciousness of the apartment and the fine sea view, made our romantic evenings even more special.

Comfortable double room with a nice sea view. Karaoke nights were fun and well-attended. The bathroom cleanliness issues could use attention. Direct beach access right across the road was a big plus.

The beachfront location was a major highlight. Breakfast had a solid variety, and the cocktail bar was excellent with friendly bartenders. The pool area had plenty of sun loungers too!
